The build scope can be coordinated around a client-appointed kitchen supplier. Responsibilities, measurements and service positions should be fixed before the relevant construction stages.
02How do you bring daylight into the original house?
Roof form, rooflights, internal openings, glazing orientation and finishes all matter. A large glazed wall alone does not guarantee balanced daylight deeper in the plan.
03Can a utility room be included?
Yes, where the footprint and circulation allow it. Utility storage is best planned early because it affects plumbing, ventilation, doors and kitchen layout.
